I want to thank you for your service.  The first time I called, you just happened to be in the area & was at my home in about 15 min.  Also a few times I contacted you re: my problems you immediately took on the work & had it completed in a timely manner.  Your service has been essential to me & I hope you continue.  Also the cost of your service certainly beats the service calls of other big companies I have used in the past.  I hope you continue to be available in the future.
